Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for a 24-hour week on a 16-bed Family Centered Care unit. The role spans days, 7 am–7:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. Requires Illinois RN license, ADN or higher, and BLS; PALS within three months of starting.

Associate degree holders must pursue BSN within five years of hire. New minimum hourly pay is $37.25, with range $36.00–$55.80 adjusted to $37.25 minimum for October payroll; premium pay and growth

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher; BSN must be completed within five years of start date.
• PALS within three months of start date.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association.
• Two years PICU pediatric experience preferred.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• 16 Bed unit -Family Centered Care

• Location: Naperville, IL

• Part Time - 24 hours

• Hours: Days 7 am - 7:30 pm including rotating weekends and holiday rotations

What you will need:

• Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing

  • If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)

• Current BLS Certification issued by American Heart Association

• Pediatric Life Support (PALS) within three months of start date into position

• 2 years of Peds Picu experience highly preferred
