Job summary

Deaconess Memorial Medical Center in Indiana is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care for infants, children and adolescents in a community-focused setting. You will join a skilled team for night shifts (7pm–7:30am EST) on a 36-hour week with two weekends and holiday rotation.

The role emphasizes family education, rapid response to changes in patient status, and maintaining a safe, healing environment while practicing at the top of your license.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Interest in pediatric care and families, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients.
