Job summary

Incredible Health in Newark, NJ is actively seeking a Registered Nurse - Pediatric Med Surg to support our hospital partners. Shifts include day and night, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

The ideal candidate will hold an ADN or higher nursing degree, RN license, BLS, and pediatric experience; ACLS/PALS preferred. You will collaborate with the care team, document patient encounters, and educate families while promoting wellness.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree is required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• 1+ years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Experience with pediatric medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with healthcare teams, children, and families.

Responsibilities

• Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Assess, plan, and implement care for patients ages 0-18.
• Document all patient encounters accurately.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Promote wellness and connect families with community resources.

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
