Job summary

Incredible Health Hospitals in Camden, NJ are actively hiring for a Registered Nurse - Med Surg. Nurses with experience in Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Orthopedic, Ostomy, Traction & Cast care, or wound care are encouraged to apply.

Shift options include day and night, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities. Requirements include ADN or higher nursing, active RN license, 1 year medical-surgical experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year nursing experience, preferably in medical-surgical setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care in EMR per policies.
