Incredible Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Medical-Surgical team. The role supports care for patients aged 0-18, collaborates with the healthcare team, documents encounters, and educates families on the care plan.

Day and night shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem options, offer diverse scheduling in a busy teaching hospital environment. Required ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred; 1+ year pediatric experience

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• BLS certification.
• 1+ years pediatric experience preferred.
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Assess, plan, and implement care for patients ages 0-18.
• Document all patient encounters.
• Educate young patients and families about conditions and care plans.
• Promote wellness and refer to community resources as needed.
