• Seeking Registered Nurses for Day (7a-7:30p) and Night (7p-7:30a) shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.
• Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating family-centered nursing care, demonstrating clinical knowledge across age groups, leading and mentoring staff, and participating in quality and safety initiatives.
• Promote collaboration, support provider staff, and utilize evidence-based practices, informatics, and technology in patient care.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and healthcare experience preferred; BSN required within 5 years; RN licensure in Ohio and BLS certification mandatory.
