You will work with pediatric patients requiring urgent care, trauma, and emergencies, collaborating with physicians and families to implement care plans.

Ideal candidates have ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and pediatric ER experience. Certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS) are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for young patients needing urgent care.
• Treat pediatric patients with trauma, injury or severe conditions.
• Quickly assess needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plan.

• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients, including children and adolescents, and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $70,920 to $117,990 /year
