Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our outpatient pediatric care team. You will perform clinical triage by phone and in-person visits, educate patients, and coordinate care to improve outcomes and patient experience.

The role emphasizes transitions of care, collaboration with a wide care team, and support for medication management and preventive care. Michigan RN license with CPR required; 1–2 years in a medical office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Valid, unrestricted RN license in Michigan.
• CPR certification.
• 1-2 years of clinical office experience preferred.

In this role, you'll help patients navigate their healthcare journey through clinical triage, care coordination, patient education, and ongoing support that improves outcomes and enhances the patient experience.

What You'll Do

• Assess and triage patient needs by phone and in-office visits.

• Serve as a clinical resource and leader within the care team.

What We're Looking For

• EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: Valid, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan. Valid CPR certification.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of clinical experience in a medical or physician office preferred.
