Job summary

AdventHealth Tampa seeks a Registered Nurse to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications safely, monitor responses, and collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated care.

Requires Florida RN license (BLS required), Associate's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), strong English communication, and ability to work in a faith-based, mission-driven environment.

• English communication required for both verbal and written interaction.
• Team-based care experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and bedside manner required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather data on health status and needs.
