Job summary

AdventHealth Tampa is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift to provide high-quality patient care in a faith-based health system. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self‑care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Clinical Ladder participation is voluntary. Salary adjustments are determined by program eligibility, advancement level, and organizational guidelines.
