Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for PCU/Stepdown in Rome, GA. The role focuses on high-acuity patient care with med administration and teamwork with physicians, therapists, and case managers. BLS/ACLS certified nurses with ADN or higher are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in nursing (ADN or above).
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or similar high-acuity setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong monitoring of hemodynamics and cardiac rhythms; proficient EMR use.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high-acuity patients with close vital signs monitoring.
• Administer meds and implement complex treatment plans per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and nurses for optimal care.
• Educate patients and families on managing acute or chronic conditions and use of BiPAP/CPAP and monitors.
• Maintain accurate patient records following hospital policies.
