Job summary

Incredible Health in Philadelphia, PA, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the PCU/Stepdown unit. You will provide care for medium to high acuity patients, monitor vitals, manage IV drips, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers multiple shifts (day, night, mid) and multiple job types (full-time, part-time, per diem). Requires ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and 1 year in related settings.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in stepdown/progressive, neurology, cardiac, or other medium to high acuity settings preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong skills in hemodynamic monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care for medium to high acuity patients, closely monitoring vital signs and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans with accurate orders execution.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other healthcare professionals for optimal care.
• Educate patients and families on management of acute or chronic conditions and use of BiPAP/CPAP/Home Oxygen equipment.
• Maintain timely and accurate patient records per hospital policies.

Qualifications
