• Utilizes good judgment and specialized skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to manage a typical nursing unit.
• Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity.

Location and Salary

Williamsburg, Virginia. Salary: $34.40 - $47.30/Hourly. Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.

Contract

Full Time Days Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, as applicable.

Job Description

Assesses, plans, implements, and executes delivery of resident care and directs all activities in order to provide quality service to assure positive resident outcomes.

Maintains close contact with residents, families and staff while coordinating nursing services with all other disciplines.
