Communicates patient flow activities, monitors volumes, and coordinates patient placement based on acuity. Acts as a liaison with leadership, assists in bed management, and addresses delays by collaborating with ancillary departments and transportation services. Utilizes tele-tracking to identify available beds and facilitates patient transfers. Ensures timely discharge processes and room readiness, providing comprehensive reports to team members. Maintains compliance with organizational policies and procedures in a clinical environment.
