You will coordinate patient placement, bed management, and transfers, collaborating with nursing, bed coordinators, providers, and leadership to ensure timely discharges and quality care.

• Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, with a focus on professional practice and effective team collaboration.

Key Duties

Serves as a role model, maintains communication with leadership, coordinates with ancillary departments, manages patient placement and transfer logistics, and ensures compliance with policies. Performs in a clinical environment, supporting quality metrics and process improvement initiatives.
