Responsibilities include coordinating bed placement, monitoring volumes, and supporting transfers and discharge processes to remove barriers and expedite care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and resource management skills.
• Ability to work in a clinical environment, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and adapt to dynamic patient needs.
