Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Collaboratively develop individualized care plans with patient/family input.
• Coordinate and delegate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans as needed.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with legal and professional standards.
