Job summary

Mercy in Branson, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process and to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. The RN will evaluate care effectiveness and uphold patient rights and confidentiality while aligning with Mercy's mission and Service Standards.

The position requires current RN licensure in Missouri (or compact licensure), Basic Life Support, and unit-specific certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Licensure: current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; additional certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Evaluate care effectiveness of other direct caregivers and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
