Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care, coordinate between departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. The role emphasizes accountability, evaluation of care effectiveness, and adherence to Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Education: ADN/ Diploma/ BSN from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
