Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Licenses/Certifications: Texas RN license or temporary/compact license; BLS certification.
• Experience/Knowledge/Skills: RN I <1 year; RN II 1–3 years; RN III 3–10 years; RN IV 10+ years.
• Demonstrates commitment to Memorial Hermann's culture and service standards.

Responsabilités

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients according to nursing skills and patient needs.
• Coordinates planning for nursing care with an interdisciplinary team; makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes based on standards of care.
• Coordinates treatment plans; develops discharge or transfer plans.
• Participates in program evaluation and process improvement; supports patient-centered outcomes.
• Consider the diverse needs of each patient and optimize the patient experience.
• Adheres to regulatory and Nursing Board standards.
• Maintains safety for patients, staff, and visitors; adheres to policies and budgets.
• Promotes professional growth and may serve as preceptor or mentor.
