Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the Connecticut Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards. The RN will collaborate with the care team, uphold professional practice models, and support SPIRE clinical advancement.

Ideal candidates have BSN preferred, current CT RN licensure, and 1 year of acute care experience. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current BCLS certification or obtain within one month of hire.
• Licensed and registered in the State of Connecticut; clinical specialty certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Uphold ANA Scope and Standards of Practice for nursing care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care.
• Adhere to Connecticut Nurse Practice Act and professional practice model.
