Qualifications

• BLS certification (or obtained during orientation).
• Current state nursing license.
• ACLS, PALS certification (or obtained within six months).
• Handle with Care certification (or obtained within six months).
• Must pass pre-employment assessment(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Apply the Patient Centered Care concept as the foundation of nursing care.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
