Job summary

LionStone Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Walnut Creek Care Community in Kettering, OH. The RN will perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, is licensed as an RN, and welcomes new graduates. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Nurses must hold an RN license and be graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills with ability to develop care plans.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans as needed; document in EHR.
