Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN or LVN program.
• Current and active LPN license.
• New graduates welcome; healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care including medications, wound care, and hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to supervising RN/physician.
• Assist with feeding, mobility, and daily activities.
• Follow care plans and document patient status accurately.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to coordinate care.
