Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program and active LPN license.
• Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care, administer medications, wound care, and assist with personal hygiene.
• Monitor vital signs and report abnormalities to supervising staff.
• Assist with feeding, dressing, mobility, and safety.
• Follow care plans and document patient progress and changes.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other staff for cohesive care.
• Maintain infection control and safety; use PPE as required.
• Advocate for residents and support families as needed.
