Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license valid in Georgia or Compact, per state requirements (RN - Reg Nurse - Single State or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state)
• BLS/ARC-BLS or equivalent required; ACLS where applicable
• Minimum 2 years current experience in specified area of practice; Epic and 3M experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice and individualized care
• Delivers relationship-based patient-centered care with attention to cultural diversity
• Collaborates through interdisciplinary rounds and informed care planning; maintains timely documentation
• Supports performance improvement initiatives, shared governance and research utilization
• Assists in protocol development and resource management to improve patient outcomes
