Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care following VA nursing standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for Veterans.
• Document in electronic health records and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate Veterans and families on health conditions and self-care.
