Job summary

Qualifications

English language proficiency required for direct patient care.
Graduate of a school of professional nursing; state license required; ACEN/CCNE accreditation preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect patient care following nursing standards and VA policies.
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop care plans with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments; monitor patient responses and adjust as needed.
Maintain accurate electronic health records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and ensure patient advocacy and safety.
