Job summary

Jefferson Health in Philadelphia is seeking a professional registered nurse to join our inpatient nursing team. You will plan and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and other care providers to ensure safe, compassionate care.

This full-time, day shift (7a–7p) role requires an active PA RN license and BSN preferred; benefits include comprehensive health, retirement plans and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• BSN strongly preferred within 3 years of hire.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to collaborate with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.
