Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Staff RN to provide patient-centered nursing care within our Healthcare & Medical Services team in San Diego, CA. The role involves assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions following established protocols and clinical standards.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes and educate patients and families on care plans, treatment, and self-management.
