Job summary

Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care across varied healthcare settings. You will use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborating with physicians to develop and adjust care plans.

You will deliver care through all phases—from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up—while coordinating assessments, education, triage, and interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Provide care across all phases, from prevention and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Coordinate patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the full scope of nursing standards and adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
