Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepare for and assist physicians with diagnostic procedures.
• Reinforce health instructions to patients and families.
• Observe and report patients' vital signs and general condition.
• Record patient observations in charts.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Support unit management and assist as charge nurse if assigned.
