Rocky Ridge Manor in Mansfield, Missouri is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team, delivering compassionate daily resident care and assistance with activities of living.

You will collaborate with nurses to ensure resident comfort and safety, maintain accurate records, assist with mobility, meals, and hygiene, and follow all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Current and Valid CNA certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing fluids and nourishment.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make the Residents' beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by federal, state and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data.
