Rocky Ridge Manor in Mansfield, Missouri is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, administering medications, and assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures.

The RN will reinforce health care instructions to patients and families, participate in care planning with the team, and support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Vigilant observation and documentation of patient status are essential.

Qualifications

• RN Experience: 1 year preferred.
• RN Licensure: Required by state licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs and general condition.
• Records observations on patient charts.
• Maintains environment conducive to patient comfort and safety.
• Assists with unit management or takes charge of unit as assigned.
