You will triage calls, coordinate tests and treatments, and support efficient patient flow within the clinic. Minimum requirements include an RN license in Wisconsin and an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum experience: no prior experience required.
• Preferred experience in clinic, doctor's office or urgent care.
• Wisconsin RN License is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in collaboration with physicians and clinic staff.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans; document in medical records.
• Triage patient concerns by telephone; provide nursing advice per clinic protocols.
• Assist with home health care forms, referrals, and insurance processes.
• Support patient flow and maintain confidentiality; participate in clinical trials if required.
• Other duties as assigned.
