• PALS Upon Hire Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patient’s condition.
• Assists with the care plan and coordinates actions to achieve outcomes.
• Delivers the care plan as outlined, applying independent judgment where appropriate.
• Maintains documentation of patient assessment, changes in condition, care delivered, and incidents.
