SCL Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks in accordance with state practice standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, monitor health data, and provide education and counseling to patients.

The role includes performing or supervising therapy and treatment, referring to specialists as needed, documenting thoroughly, and potentially floating to other departments.

Formación

• RN license in the state of practice (required).
• ASN degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care and health assessments.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Conduct health teaching and counseling.
• Provide therapy and treatment to patients; delegate/ supervise as needed.
• Document in accordance with guidelines; ensure compliance.
