Job summary

UAB Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and manage patient care in a clinical area, applying the nursing process from assessment to evaluation. You will interact with patients, families and the health team while upholding professional nursing standards.

The role requires an Alabama-licensed RN; a BSN is preferred, TKC requires an associate's degree. CPR is required or must be obtained within 30 days; ACLS is required for TKC (within 6 months) or Hospital (within 1 month); PALS is

Qualifications

• RN license required by Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required for TKC.
• CPR certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required or must be obtained within 6 months for TKC and within 1 month for Hospital locations.
• PALS certification preferred for TKC.

Responsibilities
