Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver patient care within the health care team. The role involves patient teaching, discharge planning, and ensuring adherence to hospital standards while maintaining patient privacy and safety.

You will supervise nursing functions, implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes. RN license in the state and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in nursing.
• Previous experience in general duty nursing preferred, but not required.
• Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state; Current BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provides the best possible nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing nursing functions.
• Initiates and implements patient care plan.
• Administers medications and intravenous solutions skillfully and correctly.
• Maintains the standards of accurate and complete recording and reporting.
• Maintains and respects patients' privacy by maintaining confidentiality of all information regarding patients, families, physicians and hospital personnel.
