Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in patient care at our Morristown, NJ facilities. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, documenting records, and supporting care plans with clinicians.

Prerequisites include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and BLS certification. Preference for BSN, ACLS, and prior nursing experience where applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
