Job summary

You will also administer medications, keep accurate charts, and maintain comprehensive health records. Collaborating with specialists, you will help create personalized treatment plans and supervise Nursing Assistants and cleaners as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
• Ability to record and interpret vital signs accurately.
• Experience documenting patient information in charts and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Record patients’ vital signs and medical information.
• Monitor patients and report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor for reactions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive healthcare records and reports.
