Job summary

Prairieview Lutheran Homes in Illinois is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in our skilled nursing setting. You will assess residents, develop and implement care plans, and document care accurately.

The ideal candidate holds an active Illinois RN license, has graduated from an accredited nursing program, and demonstrates strong communication, teamwork, and leadership while delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification (current).
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
