Job summary

Prairie Oasis is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team. We have all shifts available and are committed to respecting individuality, preserving dignity, and promoting residents’ independence in a Joint Commission approved facility.

The RN will lead nursing assistants, make independent decisions as needed, and maintain professional patient interactions while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Vaccination and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• New Grad Nurses Welcomed.
• Current CPR certification.
• Covid-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant, in accordance with regulations.
• Interact with patients in a tactful, professional manner.
• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current state and federal rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate leadership and the willingness to work well with others.
