Job summary

Prairieview Lutheran Homes in Illinois invites licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team. Provide quality resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and document accurately in a supportive, home-like environment.

Must hold an active Illinois LPN license, graduate from an accredited practical nursing program, and have CPR certification. Long-term care experience is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications
