Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Palliative Care Nurse to support patients and families with compassionate, patient-centered care. You will provide nursing care under the Palliative Care Director to maximize comfort and health as outlined by the interdisciplinary care plan.

The role offers a 20-hour weekly schedule with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for professional development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; RN licensure in practicing state required.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Must be a licensed driver able to travel to all locations.

Works under the direction of Palliative Care Director and Program Medical Director, provides nursing care to maximizethe comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. May include care forcommunity-based Palliative and Hospice appropriate patients in the continuum of care.

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or patient population specific (i.e.: geriatrics,pediatric, etc.) nursing.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Associates degree, preferred
• Registered Nurse license required in state(s) practicing
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
