Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a full-time team delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care. The RN will plan, implement, and evaluate care plans, collaborating with physicians and the broader clinical team to ensure optimal outcomes.

The role supports professional growth within a Magnet-designated system. Education includes NLN-accredited program with BSN preferred; IL RN license and CPR/BLS required.

Qualifications

• Experience in critical care or emergency department settings.
• Telemetry monitoring experience preferred.
• Strong ability to plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care by planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Hours: 8a to 4:30p M-F

What you will do

The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

What you will need

• Education:
  • Graduate of a NLN accredited school of Nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification:
  • IL RN license
  • CPR BLS required (Issued by American Heart Association)
• Experience:
  • Critical Care/Emergency Department and conscious sedation experience highly preferred.
  • Medical Surgical with telemetry monitoring experience preferred
