Job summary

Munson Healthcare in Traverse City, MI, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the PACU team. The RN will provide pre- and post-anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients, working closely with anesthesia providers and the surgical team.

Candidates must hold an active Michigan RN license, have BCLS and ACLS on hire, with PALS within 6 months. Vaccination against MMR/Varicella and flu is required or exempt with medical/religious justification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan is required.
• Experience caring for adult surgical patients is preferred.
• BCLS and ACLS are required on hire; PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-anesthesia care for surgical and procedural patients.

What's Required:

• - Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan
• - Experience caring for adult surgical patients within the last 3 years preferred.
• - BCLS, and ACLS, required upon hire, PALS within 6 months of hire.
