Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time position in the PACU. The RN will provide compassionate patient care, assess and plan using the nursing process, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care while protecting patient rights and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 1 year RN/PACU experience and MO licensure (or compact). BLS is required; ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be needed per unit requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN/ Diploma/ BSN).

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time position in the PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) with a focus on patient care, coordination, and advocacy.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. The RN collaborates with other departments to coordinate care and evaluates the effectiveness of caregiving provided by team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN/PACU experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN license within the state of Missouri or through compact licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be necessary based on unit requirements
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical activities during shifts
