UKG is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide individualized care across all ages in the PACU, following established nursing standards. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while coordinating with surgeons and perioperative teams in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Virginia licensure, with BLS on hire; associates degree or higher, and at least one year PACU or critical care experience preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of PACU or critical care experience highly preferred.

• Pay or shift range: $32 USD to $53 USD
  The estimated salary range is provided in accordance with Virginia Pay Transparency requirements. Final salary offers are calculated based on job-related factors, including education, experience, location, shift, skills, specialties, and/or other relevant qualifications or criteria.

Description

Responsible and accountable for providing and directing individualized care from infant to geriatric patients based on established standards of nursing practice. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through clinical knowledge and skills. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment in the surgical setting while promoting teamwork with physicians and personnel in other departments.

Education and Experience

• Minimum Required Education: Must be a licensed Registered Nurse
• Preferred Education: BSN
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of PACU or critical care experience highly preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

• Current nursing license to practice in the state of Virginia.
• Must obtain BLS certification upon hire.
