Job summary

Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus is seeking an experienced RN for its critical care team. The shift is 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, four days per week, with opportunities for professional development in a faith‑based, mission‑driven setting.

Required: ADN, Indiana RN license or NLC, and 3+ years in a hospital critical care environment. BSN preferred. Join a hospital system dedicated to compassionate, comprehensive care for patients and their families.

Minimal call/ minimal weekends

QUALIFICATIONS

A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.

Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)

Experienced Critical Care Nurse preferred, minimum of 3 years’ experience in hospital setting.
